FAQ
How many photos will we receive?
Every proposal is unique, so I don't guarantee a specific number of images. I carefully select and professionally edit the best photographs from your proposal, ensuring you receive a beautiful gallery that tells the story of your special next capture together.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Your final gallery will typically be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your proposal. You'll also receive a selection of sneak peek images within 48 hours so you can relive and share some special moments sooner.
How do we book?
To secure your session, a 30% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required. Once both are completed, your date is officially reserved. The remaining balance is due the day prior to your session.
Do you provide the raw (unedited) images?
No. The images delivered in your gallery are carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect my style and ensure the highest quality final product.
Do you travel outside of Hobart?
Yes! Travel within 30km of Hobart is included in all packages. Sessions outside this area may incur a travel fee, which will be outlined in your quote and contract.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate your new date. Rescheduling and cancellation policies are outlined in your contract.
