Why should I hire a professional photographer for my event?
When you're hosting a celebration, you deserve to be fully present in the moment. Hiring a professional photographer allows you to put your phone down, enjoy time with your loved ones and trust that the laughter, details and memories are being beautifully documented for you to look back on for years to come.

What types of events do you photograph?
I photograph a range of celebrations including first birthdays, children's birthday parties, baby showers, engagement parties, anniversaries, family gatherings, corporate events and other special milestones.

How many photos will we receive?
Every event is unique, so I don't guarantee a specific number of images. I carefully select and professionally edit the best photographs from your event, ensuring you receive a beautiful gallery that tells the story of your celebration.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Your final gallery will typically be delivered within 2–4 weeks of your event. You'll also receive a selection of sneak peek images within 48–72 hours so you can relive and share some special moments sooner.
How do we book?
To secure your session, a 30% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required. Once both are completed, your date is officially reserved. The remaining balance is due the day prior to your session.
Do you provide the raw (unedited) images?
No. The images delivered in your gallery are carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect my style and ensure the highest quality final product.
Do you take family and group photos during the event?
Absolutely! I'm happy to capture family portraits, group photos and any important combinations you'd like during your event. I recommend providing a short list of any must-have groupings before the day.
(Note: group photos are only provided in my 4 and 6 hour collections)
What happens if my event runs longer than expected?
Additional coverage may be available on the day if my schedule permits. Additional coverage is charged at $200 per hour and will be invoiced following the event.
Final images will not be provided until the invoice for additional hours coverage has been paid.
Do you travel outside of Hobart?
Yes! Travel within 30km of Hobart is included in all event packages. Events outside this area may incur a travel fee, which will be outlined in your quote and contract.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate your new date. Rescheduling and cancellation policies are outlined in your contract.
Can guests download photos from the gallery?
Yes. Your online gallery can be shared with family and friends, allowing them to view and download images directly from the gallery.
